The Transactions tab opens with money in, money out, and a pie of spending by category for the period you pick. Switch to bars, hover a slice for the total, and click one to filter the list.
ClientsUncategorized rows are grouped by merchant with a suggested category, so one click clears several. Filter the list to what still needs a category, set it right on the row, the detail page or the edit form, or select several rows and set them together.
ClientsA store run that was part groceries and part medication can now count under both. Split from Add transaction or a transaction's page, evenly or by percent, with a category on each line. The bank account still shows one amount.
ClientsVoid on a transaction's page posts a reversing entry with your reason. Both rows stay in the ledger, struck through and linked to each other, and court accountings and totals leave the pair out so only the corrected entry counts.
ClientsEvery client now has an Inventory tab for the house, vehicles, jewelry and other property the court asks you to list. Each item keeps its value with the date and source, and you can update it when an appraisal comes in. A sale, gift or loss stays on the record so the accounting reconciles.
InventoryRun a Court Accounting for any client and period, in the charge and discharge format courts expect, with property on its own schedule. A banner says whether the account balances. When the filing is done, close the period to lock its dates.
ReportsEach client's Profile now has cards for allergies, diagnoses, advance directives and the court record behind your appointment. Record severity, the directive's agent and where it's kept, and the docket, judge and letter dates. Adding a DNR order keeps the DNR flag in step.
ClientsEvery client's Profile now has a Face Sheet: a one-page summary of who they are, who to call, what they take and their court details, with serious allergies flagged at the top. Print the Full copy for the file or the Responder copy for the hospital. Save a dated PDF straight to the client's Documents.
ClientsA client record is a row of tabs, from the profile and the money to the notes, reminders and documents. Hover any tab to see what belongs there. The Client File guide on Getting Started lists every tab, and Create a client record in Help walks through each one.
ClientsEvery report's Download button now gives you a CSV of the same rows, which opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and the intake tools courts use. Reports generated before this change still offer their Excel workbook.
ReportsNet worth and Total assets on the Accounts tab now come from the ledger and include property from the Inventory tab. Total assets shows the split between cash and property, so it matches a court filing. An overpaid credit card now shows as a credit, not a debt.
ClientsThe Add transaction form now asks whether money went out, came in, or moved between two accounts, then the bank account and the category. The ledger sides are posted for you, so a payment can no longer be entered backwards, and a brand-new client can categorize from the first entry.
ClientsAdd transaction and Log activity now show which accounts sync from the bank and can't take entries by hand, so the same money is never counted twice. Everything on a synced account arrives with each sync.
AccountsThe transactions import no longer offers accounts synced from a bank, or lets a row record a transfer to one. Their history comes from the bank, so an imported copy would count twice.
ImportsEvery connected bank now syncs at the same time, and a bank that fails is named with the reason while the others finish. The results show the balances and transactions that actually came in.
AccountsLinking a bank the client already has connected now offers a sync instead of copying every account and transaction a second time.
AccountsMortgages, auto and student loans, retirement and money market accounts now sit in the right group on the Accounts tab, and bank-linked accounts show their last four digits again.
AccountsImported transactions now move balances exactly as Review shows and use your organization's categories. Amounts that can't be read exactly are flagged, and you pick day first or month first when the dates could be either.
ImportsThe Reports list labelled a Time & Mileage · Client report as T&M · Guardian. It now reads T&M · Client, matching the report's own page.
ReportsOpening a Balance Sheet from the Reports list while it was still generating showed Couldn't load this page. The page now waits and fills in as soon as the report is ready, like the other report types.
ReportsThe setup checklist's Your First Account step no longer ticks itself when the only account on the client is a bookkeeping or property account. It now waits for a real bank, cash, investment or liability account.
Getting StartedClient pages no longer jump while the client loads: the header and tab bar hold their place, the tab underline sits on the bar, and the search box shrinks on narrow windows instead of overlapping the timer.
ClientsA feedback survey could pop up while a timer was running. Surveys now wait until no timer is active.
Time & MileageEntering miles in Log time or mileage and saving straight away could fail with a generic error while the mileage rates were still loading. Save now waits for the rate.
Time & MileageAmount fields could save a different number than the one typed, like 1e3 as $13. They now refuse anything they can't read exactly and say why.
AccountsA transaction could be saved without a date and then drop out of every report. Paid on is now required.
AccountsThe transactions list now shows each row's name, amount and date on a phone.
AccountsAccount totals now update as soon as you add, rename or delete an account, without a reload.
AccountsWhen Plaid can't start, the connect window now says so and can be closed instead of spinning.
AccountsViewers and archived clients no longer see Disconnect on bank connections.
AccountsProfit & Loss transaction subtotals now add up to the section totals, and a voided transaction and its reversal are left off the list.
ReportsFilters on a client's Reports tab now narrow the list.
ReportsDownload could fail on a report left open for more than an hour. It now fetches a fresh link every time.
ReportsDimmed controls for view-only users could still be opened from the keyboard. They are now fully inactive, and a refused change says you don't have permission.
TeamAdd account manually now marks the fields it needs (name, type and starting balance) and tells you which one is missing before it saves. If the server still turns an account down, the message names the field instead of a generic error.
AccountsTransaction dates now show the day you entered. In US time zones they were appearing one day early on the transaction list, the account ledger, the transaction page and reports. The saved dates were always correct.
AccountsOpen What's New at the bottom of the sidebar to browse every new feature, refinement, and fix, filter by area, and jump to the guide for each one. A dot on the link tells you when there is something you have not seen.
EverywhereBring a whole caseload over from a CSV or Excel export. Match your columns, review every row, then import. One click undoes the whole import if it is not right.
ImportsBring a history of notes over from an export. Each note is matched to the right client, and the original author is kept.
ImportsBring each client's manual accounts over from an export, with their opening balances, account numbers, and institutions. Accounts a client already has are caught before they save.
ImportsBring an account's history in from a bank statement or ledger export. Categories are matched or created as they come in, and duplicates and near misses are flagged before anything is saved.
ImportsSee exactly how a form prints. Set each question's width, where its label sits, and its date format, keep a question off paper, then preview it, export a PDF, or file it to the client's Documents.
FormsAdd your organization's letterhead once and it prints at the top of every form. For any single form you can turn it off or choose which parts print.
FormsEvery transaction now has a History card showing who created or edited it and when. Entries that came from the bank are marked Bank sync.
AccountsRows that need attention are flagged in the cell where the problem is. Open a row to see what is wrong alongside the whole record, and apply one fix to every row that has the same problem.
ImportsImport History now shows the date each import's undo closes and how many days are left, so you know how long you have to check the results.
ImportsOpening a transaction loads only that transaction, so the page appears sooner for clients with long ledgers.

TeamProtect a share link with a passcode, ask visitors for their name and email, and accept photos or files as answers. Each response shows who sent it.
FormsType a question the way you would ask it. Search now skips filler words, handles plurals, and finds answers about receipts, time zones, pricing, and categories.
Help Center50 short clips now sit at the top of help articles, so you can watch a task being done before you try it yourself. Pop any video out to full size.
